For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time of your surgery unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We also offer outside financing through Care Credit and Capital One Healthcare Finance. These companies offer flexible financing that allow our patients to spread out payments with no interest. If you have budget constraints, Care Credit and Capital One Healthcare Finance can help and treatment can start right away. We can walk you through your payment options and answer any concerns Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm at (210) 490-4044.
Please remember your responsibility for all fees incurred during treatment that extend beyond your insurance coverage. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. As a courtesy, we will be happy to assist with the submission of your claims. You will continue to receive a monthly statement from our office as long as there is an outstanding balance on your account. We would greatly appreciate your help in expediting your insurance company’s payments. If you continue to receive statements after sixty days, please contact your insurance carrier directly and call our office with any information. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.
