Oral and Maxillofacial surgery is a specialty in dentistry that requires up to 6 additional years of hospital based surgical and anesthesia training. Four years of dental school are required prior to entering a residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery. In 1987, Dr. Albright became an oral and maxillofacial surgeon having completed his training at the University of Missouri in Kansas City. As an Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Steven Albright manages a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and facial regions. He practices a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from bone grafting for dental implants to corrective jaw surgery and wisdom tooth removal. He also can diagnose and treat facial pain, evaluate and biopsy tumors, cysts and suspicious lesions of the head and neck area, treat facial injuries, and perform a full range of dental implant procedures.

Dr. Albright has a fellowship in anesthesiology and his staff is trained in the use of I.V. sedation, general anesthesia and laughing gas within a private office setting. We work closely with your general dentist and physician to obtain a wonderful result. As our patient, you are continuously monitored during and after surgery.
