Dental Anesthesia

A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under the age of 18 years of age at the consultation visit.

A pre-operative consultation and physical examination are mandatory for patients undergoing IV/General anesthesia for surgery. Our highly trained staff allows Dr. Albright to provide surgery the same day as your consultation in most circumstances.

If you are undergoing IV/General anesthesia, please refrain from eating or drinking 6 hours prior to your surgery. You will also need an adult to accompany you to our office, remain here during your procedure, and to drive you home.

Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to surgery (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, radiation, autoimmune therapy, etc.) or if you are on any medication (i.e. heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.)

X-Rays

If your dentist or physician has taken x-rays or special MRI/CT scans, you may request that they forward them or obtain copies for our office.

If there is not enough time, please pick them up and bring them to our office. If additional films are necessary, they can be taken at our facility.
